Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle collection-wise purchase by coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely sourcing as per design and collection requirements.

  • Manage stock refill by monitoring inventory levels and ensuring replenishment of fast-moving and essential items.

  • Work closely with the design and production teams on new product development, from concept to sampling to final approval.

  • Maintain and oversee the sample line, ensuring all samples are developed, tracked, and aligned with brand standards.

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and production units to ensure quality, timely delivery, and smooth workflow.

  • Maintain records related to purchases, samples, and stock movements.
