Overall Purpose:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization. This includes sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

1.    Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and workforce needs.
2.    Sourcing: Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify and attract high-quality candidates for open positions.
3.    Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks, to identify the most suitable candidates.
4.    Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a structured and fair assessment process.
5.    Offer Management: Develop competitive and compelling job offers, negotiate with candidates, and ensure a smooth on boarding process.
6.    Employer Branding: Work on enhancing the company's employer brand to attract top talent. Promote the organization as an employer of choice.
7.    Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to recruitment.
8.    Data Analysis: Regularly collect and analyse recruitment data, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to make data-driven improvements.
9.    Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on the recruitment process to the HR Manager and senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
·        Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on senior-level and specialized roles.
·        Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices.
·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·        Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
·        Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
·        Strong organizational and time management skills.
·        Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
