Position Overview:

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance TDF Diamonds & Gold’s online presence and brand reputation. The role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, strong expertise in social media, SEO, SEM, content creation, marketing automation, AI-driven marketing, and analytics. This position is ideal for a creative, results-driven digital marketer with a passion for the luxury retail sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Digital Strategy Development:
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with TDF Diamonds & Gold’s business objectives.
  3. Manage the brand’s online presence across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
  4. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
  5. Content Creation & Management:
  6. Oversee the creation of compelling digital content, including website copy, blogs, email newsletters, social media posts, videos, and paid ad creatives.
  7. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
  8. Collaborate with the design and creative teams to produce high-quality visual content that enhances the brand image.
  9. Paid Media Campaigns:
  10. Plan, implement, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  11. Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI and meet KPIs.
  12. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  13. Social Media Management:
  14. Manage TDF Diamonds & Gold’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  15. Develop engaging content calendars and ensure regular posting and interaction with followers.
  16. Build and engage with the brand’s online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  17. SEO & SEM Optimization:
  18. Conduct regular SEO audits to ensure the website ranks highly for relevant keywords.
  19. Optimize on-page and off-page SEO for improved visibility and organic search results.
  20. Monitor Google Analytics and other performance tools to track the effectiveness of SEO and SEM campaigns.
  21. Email Marketing:
  22. Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product announcements.
  23. Segment email lists and analyze campaign performance to refine future strategies.
  24. Analytics & Reporting:
  25. Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other digital tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  26. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in digital marketing efforts.
  27. Collaborative Projects:
  28. Work closely with the sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  29. Participate in cross-functional projects related to digital marketing, product launches, or brand campaigns.
  30. Marketing Automation & AI Integration:
  31. Leverage marketing automation platforms to streamline and optimize marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other channels.
  32. Utilize AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance personalization, customer engagement, and decision-making processes within digital marketing campaigns.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on luxury retail, fashion, or jewellery.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools).
  • Proficiency in using AI-based tools for campaign optimization, personalization, and data analysis.
  • Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
